New Line Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of The Harold Lloyd Comedy Collection for 15th November 2005. Having appeared in more than 200 films and widely considered to be one of cinema’s most respected comic geniuses, Harold Lloyd was one of Hollywood’s first true movie stars. Now, entertainment enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy the work of the man who inspired generations of acting greats with The Harold Lloyd Comedy Collection from New Line Home Entertainment. Digitally remastered, restored and rescored, the three-volume, seven-disc DVD collection includes 15 feature films, 10 shorts and a bonus disc containing a treasure chest of extras including Harold Lloyd’s home movies, star tributes, photo galleries, all-new interviews and featurettes, and a 3-D bonus photo disc with a pair of 3-D photo glasses. The Harold Lloyd Comedy Collection is available at a $89.95 SRP. Each volume can also be purchased separately at a $29.95 SRP.

    It's probably my sick mind and passion for double ententres but titles like From Hand to Mouth, Hot Water, Get Out and Get Under, Feet First, Grandma’s Boy etc:cool:

    Actually there are 13 not 10 shorts.

    Many other unrestored shorts are owned by the Lloyd Trust and may come out in a fututre release.
    Shame about the missing Welcome Danger, his first talkie. In all 3 of his 7 sound features are absent. I know the Lloyd Trust don't own Mad Wednesday and Professor Beware so didn't expect them not sure of the availability of Welcome Danger though.
    Still a brilliant set as it includes all 11 of his silent features.
